SHIPPING

  • I ship world wide. To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product(s) to your shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method on the next screen.

  • International Import Duties: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on your country's import laws and regulations. Duty rates are set by individual countries, and it's beyond my control—please check with your local postal authority if you have questions, because every country is different. I am unable to refund any orders that are sent back as a result of customs and excise fees.

  • All orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days unless otherwise noted. During holiday seasons shipping can take longer than usual, especially for orders outside of EU. Please take this in consideration when make the order.

  • Once the package leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s liability for time in transit and delivery, and this is especially true for delivery outside the EU.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has left our facility.

  • Be sure to double check that your shipping address is completely correct. If your order is completed with an incorrect address and you realise it quickly, just let me know as soon as possible and I will correct it before the package is mailed. If package is already mailed to you with an incorrect address you can contact me about the reshipping options and additional payment arrangements.

  • I ship with regular tracked mail but If you require expedited shipping or a shipping method unavailable in the standard checkout process, please contact me before placing your order at lukovictijana@gmail.com. Purchase that contains an original work will be shipped with recorded mail and you will be provided with tracking code.

RETURNS

  • I am sorry, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations after the parcel has left our facility, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact me at lukovictijana@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged print to make a claim for a replacement.
